The Projects category recognizes conceptual work, including but not limited to research, innovation, land art, pavilions, architectural objects, and installations. The Pavilion specifically demonstrated excellence in its sustainability, achieving high performance and energy reduction goals set forth by the AIA Sustainable Architectural Practice Position Statement and 2030 Challenge through its exploration of new approaches to collection, storage, and distribution of renewable resources.

All 35 winning projects will be on view at the Center for Architecture in the 2015 Design Awards exhibition. The exhibition will open on April 23rd and be on view through June 17, 2015. More information can be found here.
